Firing my brand new CSD Nitro rifle, Shilen R barrel with a Stiller Tuner and FF 2.0 Whisper trigger , with various lots of reasonable good ammo , I do get the phonomenen that it will put up to seven/eight rounds in the exact same hole and then one will leak out as per the pictures with Lapua M+ 305/295/285/275 and Tennex 1069fps. Where do I start looking to fix this issue without shooting hundreds of rounds away .Please help

This is normal. The only fix will involve more money and more time.

Is it always a shot low or high left? if it is rifle is not at the correct tuner setting. anything left is not good.

If the expectation is that the rifle should put all rounds in the very same hole -- at least eight of eight -- it's likely that the assumption needs rethinking.

Not all lots shoot equally well, regardless of rifle. In the best rifles, only a few lots, regardless of the name on the box, will have all rounds going into a single hole that doesn't increase in size after a few rounds. Many lots will see a number of rounds go into a single hole and then have one or more touching.

Since you are shooting the WRABF target one has to assume you are in Europe shooting off a two piece set up.
The miss is high left same location every time?
Might be you are getting a little cheeky on the butt.
What happens if you shoot a target rather than groups? Misses in the same locale?

you have 2 groups with one out at 11 o'clock, I group appears to be 5'o'clock, impossible to be conclusive but likely condition related. How many flags, how much experience shooting over them.
As has been mentioned, if you're expectations are single small holes consistently, rarely going to happen.

Sorry to say, but, looking at the groups you have sent, I don't see nothing wrong...
Correct your scope and all shots will be in the 10 ring.

Make yourself a jig out two pieces of wood, to fit the front rest shape and the rear bag. Made in two half’s and a way to hold them together that will hold them in line and give the exact spacing each Time you set up with the gun in place and on the target.Then separate and remove them, this does help ……. Are you sure it's not just wind? Did you have flags out? It looks a lot like wind, honestly.
